Socket Hog and Jamez – That’s Bass Music – Recommended Techno
Currently celebrating their 5th-anniversary Bakroom release ‘That’s Bass Music by Socket Hog aka our editor in chief here at technoscene – Static Interference and Jamez of Touche Records. We thought we would share the occasion of their 30th Release, which is a FREE DOWNLOAD on 2 of our favourite platforms for finding new music, SoundCloud & the excellent Bandcamp.
Bakroom has released over 130 tracks over the last 5 years. Many getting signed to various compilations which include Sam Paganini’s Mixmag Germany CD Compilation.
Legally, this one needed to labelled with the Parental Advisory Explicit Content tagline as it contains 1 profanity, which we don’t hear much of these days in electronic music
They advised us to listen loud, with the best headphones you can get your hands on, as its an electronic music production made with a large sound system in mind.
A twisted set of Vocals, layered 303’s, slamming 808’s and 909’s topped off with an infectious heavy bass techno hybrid house groove
Lyrics:
Listen to the Bass. That’s a new school, old school’s shit.
That’s Bass Music. That’s Bass Music
Listen to the Bass.
That’s a new school, old school’s shit.
That’s Bass Music. That’s Bass Music
Tear that thing down. Deeper and Deeper.
Let’s tear that shit up. That’s Bass Music.
That’s Bass Music, bass music. Music non-stop…
Written, arranged, mixed and produced by Socket Hog & Jamez
